Das Highlight der Wohnung ist der 17qm grosse Balkon der Sicht auf einen Teich bietet. Nebst dem Zimmer hast Du ein eigenes Badezimmer und das dritte Zimmer kann als gemeinsames Arbeits-/Ankleidezimmer genutzt werden. Zudem besteht die Möglichkeit einen Einstellhallenplatz zu mieten.Ich suche ein*e Mitbewohner*in im Alter zwischen 28-40 Jahren, die offen und ehrlich ist. Es soll keine Zwecks-WG sein, dennoch schätzt Du die Privatsphäre, suchst eine langfristige Bleibe und hast ein gewisses Verständnis für Sauberkeit. Und Du solltest Katzen mögen :)Das Zimmer ist ab 1. Juli 2024 oder nach Vereinbarung frei. Schreib mir gerne ein paar Zeilen über Dich :)Ich, Kim (w, 31) arbeite in der Kulturbranche. In der Wohnung lebt auch mein 8-jähriger Kater (Bengalmix, auch für Allergiker*innen geeignet), um den aber ich mich kümmere. Du darfst Dir aber natürlich auch Kuscheleinheiten bei ihm abholen oder ihn mal füttern :)In meiner Freizeit bin ich auf dem Fahrrad, bin an der Aare und treffe Freund*innen. Ich geniesse es aber auch einfach mal Zuhause zu sein. Ab und zu gemeinsam essen, ein Bier auf dem Balkon geniessen und quatschen oder ein gemeinsamer Spieleabend schätze ich :)
