Meggen: Mitbewohner gesucht

I am looking for a mate to share my flat with. There are two rooms to chose from, a rather small one (pictured) and a larger one (still disorganised at the moment). Prices differ but will be under CHF 1000 per month.Especially the smaller room would also be suitable for a business or home office. It is overlooking the beautiful Lucerne area with the Pilatus in full view and access to a balcony. Meggen has the best taxes in the canton of Lucerne. Only quiet office businesses possible with no customer traffic. There is only one toilet/bathroom. The kitchen, dining room and living room are to be shared. The smaller room is available from Mai 1. There would be a time limited subtenant contract (3 months maybe to start with) in case the living arrangement does not pan out. Also, the property is only suitable for rather sporty people not shy to climb 3 sets of stairs or more. I am in my mid 50ies, non-smoker, social drinker occasionally, meat eater and I might work at night sometimes. I am Swiss and do speak Swiss German fluently. I do play the piano and sing but be aware that loud activities are to be heard in the whole apartment block. There is a TV but I hardly ever watch (I love sports but don?t have pay TV channels. I would suffer pain if my flat mate watched German or Swiss shows on the living room TV all the time). My ex-girlfriend just moved out so we will see how everything can be made to fit. There is a wifi internet that can be shared.A contract would be based on whether there is a fit in personality. I?d like to share the flat with a person (yes, only one) of any gender, who would just live peacefully and not too extravagantly. So, let?s talk.I might post more info as I go. And I might translate this into German, too, at some stage.
