"Temporary and furnished apartment available in Kreis 6 for 9 months"

As we temporarily move abroad, we are sub-renting our beautiful and bright Kreis 6 apartment in Zurich. The apartment is furnished and has 3,5 rooms, but we will sub-rent only 3.5 to keep one for storage. The indicative period to be discussed with interested tenants will be May (beginning or end) to February 2025. Part of the cellar will be also included as well in the price we include high-speed internet connection. No pets are allowed as of our rent contract.
